Our production facilities offer a wide range of the solid modeling capabilities in sheet metal fabrication. We can bend more intricate shapes thus cutting down on welding and polishing time. Computer controlled press brakes ensure accurate and precise parts are produced every time. The modeling software also produces a list of every part required for the project.

Forming Profiles
Fusion Facades Ltd provides a wide range of solid modelling capabilities in engineering, allowing us to bend more intricate shapes and reduce welding and polishing time. Computer-controlled press brakes ensure that parts are produced accurately and precisely every time. The modelling software also generates a list of every part needed for the project, whether it is something we make or something we buy.
Sheet Metalworking
A well-equipped section employs cutting-edge machinery such as DNC Controlled Guillotines, CNC Controlled Pressbrakes, Pyramid Rollers, Saws, Bandsaws, and Swaging Machines to manufacture a wide range of high-quality components in aluminium, stainless steel, and other alloys.
Fabrication
The factory bays are designed for flexibility, and we can offer fabrications up to 4m long. The high bays and large doors allow us to produce outsize components with the same ease.
Welding
We can offer TIG, MIG, MMA, Spot, and Stud Welding in a variety of thicknesses in aluminium, stainless steel, and other alloys.

Assembly & Testing
The factory layout’s flexibility allows sections to be used for the erection of complete projects prior to despatch, as well as full functional and load testing.
