Clapham One is a landmark £80 million mixed-use regeneration scheme which has transformed leisure services across two sites in Clapham town centre, south west London.
Fusionfacades supplied the window liners across the property and the pretuding window pods also. Giving the property a unique feature to its unique tower design.

Fusion Facades window liner systems provide the interface to windows, patio doors and access panels securely into facade panelling and cladding providing a weatherproof and colour consistent transition.
Finishes are precisely colour matched as needed. Contrasting finishes and fabrication materials, including stainless steel, can be incorporated where the design specification calls for it.
Powder coating and anodized finishes come with a lifetime warranty. Depending on the surrounding environmental conditions, our polyester powder coating finishes are guaranteed to BS 6496/12206-1 for up to 30 years or more.
Our anodised finishes are guaranteed to fully comply with BS 3987 to maintain this standard for the life of the product.
